The purpose of this paper is to analyze the normative characteristics of so-called "basic income" policy through modeling resource allocation systems which embody its basic ideas. In clarifying the basic ideas, we refer to the conception of "real libertarian" of Von Paris and conceptualize the "Undominated Diversity" axiom. As a result, we propose two kinds of resource allocation systems, each of which satisfies the requirement of "Pareto efficiency" and "equalization of individuals' opportunities".
