Previous research
I conducted an empirical study evaluating the school choice programme of public junior high school in Adachi Ward in Japan.
Current research projects
My current research interest is in investigating effects of social institution on economic development and inequality. With this motivation, my current research projects focus on socioeconomic consequences of change in social institutions in Cambodia under the Pol Pot regime from 1975 to 1979.
